Dallas, TX: Vitamin Cottage Natural Grocers makes East Dallas debut in nostalgic location
This week marks the grand opening of Vitamin Cottage Natural Grocers in the old Casa Linda Theater building in Dallas, TX. The historical location was once a beloved hot spot for East Dallas residents.
Casa Linda Theater closed its doors in 1999 and even though various companies took interest over the years, the building remained vacant until now. Based in Boulder, CO, Natural Grocers focuses on natural and organic produce and meats.
Staying true to their goal of "minimal impact on the earth ecosystem," customers do not get the option of "paper or plastic." Instead they are encouraged to bring their own bag, buy one from the store or receive a recycled box to carry out their groceries.
