Documentary highlights Oglala Lakota man's journey returning to traditional diet in 'Good Meat'
Indian Country Today Media Network recently reported that the documentary Good Meat is now airing. The film follows Beau LeBeau, a former high school star athlete who topped out at 333 pounds before returning to his traditional Oglala Lakota diet centered on buffalo and regular exercise. Mr. LeBeau lives on the Pine Ridge Reservation.
