Tanka Recipe: Spicy Pepper Blend Salad
I really like to cook but it can be so time consuming. Yesterday morning I had an epiphany when I was pressed for time to decide what to do for my lunch. I wanted to make a salad quickly but wanted it to have meat. Tanka Bars seemed perfect for the job! Below are the ingredients.

2 Tanka Spicy Pepper Blend Bars (cut into pieces)
2 cups of fresh greens (which can be arugula, spinach, lettuce)
2 strips of cooked bacon
1/2 a zucchini (sliced)
1 T of sunflower seeds
1/2 of a Pink Lady apple
1 handful of blueberries

I topped it off with a 1/3 cup mixture of extra virgin olive oil and coconut vinegar.
