Tanka team continues training on employee-owned business models

Native American Natural Foods is working with Democracy Collaborative to learn how to implement an employee ownership program for the company. This week our team is currently working at our headquarters in Kyle, SD, with Jill Bamburg of Bainbridge Graduate Institute. She is consulting the team on strategic development and employee ownership with the Democracy Collaborative.
